As the countdown reached 40 days before Superbowl 45 in Arlington, TX Bradley Shaw, president of SBrentalagency.com, said his website alone has 34 listings for houses to rent in North Texas during Super Bowl week. His company is offering totally free Superbowl home rental listings to local Dallas Ft. Worth residents up until 2 weeks before the game. After that, they will charge $79.99 for listings. With home rental prices varying from $500 a night to $7,500 to $35,000 for the entire superbowl week, options abound for out of town guests. Super bowl rental listings are even being seen in areas such as Frisco, Plano, Southlake, and even McKinney.
Websites such sbrentalagency.com are offering free listings until 2 weeks before the big game. They have also coordinated with a Dallas catering company to provide unlimited BBQ to select high-end renters. Of course, there is no guarantee your home will rent, but with the expected shortage of hotel rooms in dfw, the odds are in your favor.

Still, potential renters have plenty of choices:
